Classes are taught face to face in the comfort of your own home. I have had all three Covid-19 vaccinations and am twice weekly lateral flow testing. However, if you would feel more comfortable with online sessions, please let me know and we can discuss this further.

Labour and birth preparation classes - including labour hormones, stages of labour, pain relief options and deviations from the norm.
- Complete Hypnobirthing course - including the power of the mind, how to subdue the conscious mind in labour and Hypnobirthing techniques as well as how to prepare for birth and birth preferences.
- Basics of Hypnobirthing - techniques and the power of the mind. Suitable for individuals who have done Hypnobirthing before and need a refresher or, have done other antenatal education courses.
- Understanding what is a caesarean, learning how to release any fears associated with a caesarean birth, how to relax deeply and quickly using tools of Hypnobirthing and how to promote positive birthing hormones for bonding and breastfeeding.
- Each week we will discuss a birth related topic, have time for a cuppa and a chat and end with a lovely relaxation related to the topic of discussion. Contact me if you have a group of friends you would like to do this with or if you would like to join a group already set up.
Prices include online resources. Should you wish to purchase hard copies of teaching manuals this can be arranged at an additional cost.
